In the Crown Court

The Crown Court deals with more serious offences and appeals than the Magistrates’ Court. Trials are heard by a Judge and a jury. The Crown Court deals with cases transferred from the Magistrates' Courts. It also hears appeals against decisions of Magistrates' Courts, and deals with cases sent for sentence from Magistrates' Courts.

We have a expert Crown Court department who are responsible for these cases. Our specialist advocacy team is supported by specialist supervision of the preparation of cases for court. We pride ourselves on our team’s extensive knowledge of the legal system and their impressive record of success in a number of high profile cases.

A key element of our service is our excellent working relationship with many barristers and chambers in London and in the regions.

Once a case has been referred to the Crown Court, our client can be assured that their case is being handled exercising great care and professionalism to achieve the best possible defence and outcome..
